At Upshop, every piece is crafted in small, limited batches using surplus textiles.
To stay true to our sustainable model, we keep production minimal and mindful — which means we do not offer returns on regular orders.
However, we understand the importance of finding your perfect fit, so here’s how we’ve designed our policy:
First Order Return Policy
We want your first Upshop experience to be completely worry-free.
If you’re shopping with us for the first time, you’re eligible for a one-time return on your first order.
Conditions:

Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have all original tags intact.

Customers must cover the shipping costs for sending the item back to us.

Once the item is received and approved, you can opt for a refund or store credit (as per your preference).

Ship the item back to us (return shipping to be borne by customer).

Exchanges (All Orders)
We happily offer exchanges for sizing and fit concerns, subject to stock availability.
Eligibility:

Clear photos of the item are required when requesting an exchange.

Exchanges can be made for any available size or style, depending on stock.

Exclusions

Items purchased during sale events, or marked final sale, are not eligible for return or exchange.
Limited Batch Availability
Since our pieces are produced in limited batches, exchanges and returns are always subject to stock availability.
We do our best to accommodate every request — but once a batch sells out, we may only be able to offer store credit or alternative styles.
